Join Jo Matson and Yoga Sailing Holidays for a yoga-sailing experience through the beautiful Islands of Croatia. This eight day excursion combines the best of a relaxing sailing holiday with daily morning meditation and yoga sessions.

You don’t need to be a sailor to enjoy the sunshine, clear blue water as we leisurely sail to a new island location each day.
We prepare our meals fresh daily and also allow for any special dietary requirements.
- Our sailing-yoga experience is suitable for all ages and levels of experience. We believe that body harmony and inner-peace should be available to everyone.
The itinerary is like ‘ a tasting plate of Croatia’ including some of the best destinations that Croatia has to offer. You will have yoga sessions in the morning (depending on the day), daily swim stops and evening meditation.
Yoga classes are an hour long in some of the most breath taking settings you’ve ever taken a class. There is still time to explore world famous islands, such as Hvar where you can wander the streets, explore the old castle and enjoy sunset cocktails.
Saturday: Split (Marina Kaštela) to Milna (Brac)
Sunday: Milna to Vinogradse Bay / Hvar
Sail to Vinogradse Bay (Pakleni Island)

Monday: Vinogradse Bay to Vis

Joanne is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Cannabis Consultant, Yoga teacher and self-healed survivor of a 15 year struggle with Crohn’s Disease and degenerative spinal arthritis.
Joanne teaches how to balance our modern hectic lifestyle with the practice of living with awareness and mindfulness. She teaches from experience: true health and wellness comes from the proper balancing of one’s energy with that of nature, and arises both through proper detoxifying practices to cleanse the body, and through proper rejuvenation therapies to nourish the body for balance and longevity.
