Weekend Itinerary

Friday Evening
6pm Welcome Healthy Happy Hour
Dinner 7:30 with local organic fare
Walk to labyrinth… watch sunset…
 
Saturday
Morning begins with Yoga in the Mountain Room 7:00- 8:45
Optional Zen Buddhist meditation with Kozen, resident monk, at 9:00am
Breakfast includes coffee, Ayurveda tea, fresh fruit and juice, hot cereal, eggs, and mixed nuts will be available 8:45-10:30am
 
Free time to enjoy and explore..
Ayurvedic talk and Healthy Happy hour 6:00 followed by farm-fresh dinner.
 
Settle into some Yoga Nidra to send you off to blissful rest 8:00-9:00

Yoga 7:00am-8:30
Breakfast 8:30
Check out 11am

Joanne is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Cannabis Consultant, Yoga teacher and self-healed survivor of a 15 year struggle with Crohn’s Disease and degenerative spinal arthritis.
Joanne teaches how to balance our modern hectic lifestyle with the practice of living with awareness and mindfulness. She teaches from experience: true health and wellness comes from the proper balancing of one’s energy with that of nature, and arises both through proper detoxifying practices to cleanse the body, and through proper rejuvenation therapies to nourish the body for balance and longevity.
